HeyDazz (“we”, “our”, or “us”), operated by Heydan, respects your privacy. This policy explains how the HeyDazz app and this website handle your information. By using HeyDazz, you also agree to our Terms of Service.

1. Who we are

HeyDazz is an independent app made by Heydan. We are the party responsible for your information under this policy. For any privacy question or request, contact us at wami7228@gmail.com.

2. Information we access

Your photos, edits, saved presets, and HeyDazz album are stored only on your device — there is no cloud sync and no account. HeyDazz accesses your camera and photo library only to capture or import the photos you choose, and all image processing happens on your device.

3. Information we do not collect

HeyDazz does not collect your name, email, or contact information, your location or GPS data, device identifiers used for tracking, your contacts, calendar, or messages, the photos you capture or edit, or your browsing history.

4. Permissions

The app asks for access to your camera (to take photos) and your photo library (to import photos and, with add-only permission, save your edits back). You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security.

5. No cross-app tracking

HeyDazz does not track you across other apps or websites, does not use advertising identifiers (such as Apple’s IDFA), and does not display ads. We do not build advertising or marketing profiles about you.

6. Third-party services

HeyDazz Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple (StoreKit). We receive your subscription status from Apple to unlock Pro features, but never your payment details. If enabled in iOS, Apple may share standard, anonymized crash and usage reports with us to help improve the app. Apple processes this information under Apple’s own Privacy Policy, which may involve processing in other countries.

7. Data storage & security

Your photos and settings are stored locally on your device and protected by iOS’s built-in security. There is no cloud sync and no account, and we do not operate servers that store your content — so there is nothing on our side to lose or breach.

8. Data retention

Because your content stays on your device, it is kept for as long as you keep HeyDazz installed. Uninstalling the app removes it. We do not keep copies.

9. Data deletion

Uninstalling HeyDazz removes all app data from your device. Inside the app, “Delete My Account” clears your local HeyDazz library. You can manage camera and photo permissions anytime in iOS Settings.

10. Legal bases (EEA / UK)

If you are in the EEA or UK, we rely on these legal bases under the GDPR: performing our contract with you (providing the app and Pro features) and our legitimate interest in improving the app (optional, anonymized diagnostics you can turn off). Because we do not collect personal data on our servers, most processing happens entirely on your device.

11. Your rights

You can access your photos and data directly in the app, and delete all app data by uninstalling HeyDazz. EU/UK users (GDPR) have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability, and may lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority. California users (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell or share personal information, and the rights to know and to delete apply through the in-app controls above.

12. Children’s privacy

HeyDazz is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. The app requires no account or personal data to function.

13. Website & cookies

This website is hosted on Framer and may use essential cookies and privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to keep the site running and understand overall traffic. It does not use advertising cookies or track you across other sites.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will indicate changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
